In this first session we will talk through what you are hoping to explore and achieve from counselling and whether it feels like the right step for you. It may be that you are looking for short term counselling (8-12 sessions) or long term, ongoing support. Sessions last for 50 minutes and usually take place weekly on a specific time and day.
You are under no obligation to continue with counselling after the consultation.
