At the centre of psychotherapy is the relationship between client and counsellor.  As a psychodynamically trained practitioner, my approach is to listen to you and help you find your own answers to problems, working in a warm, open and supportive way.  Together we will try to explore and understand how your feelings and experiences may be impacting your daily life and relationships.

I receive regular supervision, personal therapy and training to maintain high professional and ethical standards.

I have the following qualifications, memberships and experience:

  • Professional member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
  • Member of the British Psychological Society
  • MA in Counselling (Distinction)
  • MA (Hons) in Psychology
  • Extensive experience as a counsellor in the NHS, charity and education sector working with adults, adolescents and children.
